07/25/2019 in Minsk, a seminar was held on the topic "Application of information technology in the work of state construction supervision."

The seminar was attended by management and employees of the Department of control and supervision of construction and inspections of the Gosstrojnadzor.

Director of the Department Igor Gusev addressed the audience with an opening address. In his speech, he drew attention to the increasing requirements for inspectorates, taking into account the need to take prompt and effective measures to ensure the construction of facilities in accordance with the project, regulatory legal acts, and the technology of work.

Particular attention is paid to automating the processes of state construction supervision, the use of advanced information technologies for reporting the results of inspections, evaluating the performance of each inspector personally, as well as the departments and inspections that are part of the Department.

At present, state construction inspectors, while exercising control (supervisory) functions, are able to access individual projects while using the modern mobile devices at the construction site, and to draw up the results of supervisory measures using an electronic classifier.

During the seminar, a discussion was held on the further use of modern information technologies in order to increase the efficiency of state construction supervision.
