Every year, on the second Sunday of August, Belarus celebrates the Builder's Day.
It is difficult to overestimate the contribution of the construction complex of the Republic of Belarus to the decision of the housing program, the creation and improvement of agricultural towns, the construction of objects important for the image of the state. The high level of construction is an indicator of the development and welfare of the country. The construction complex has always been and remains the locomotive of the country's economy.
Achievements of the construction complex are promising urban development projects and developments, constructed objects of modern transport, industrial and energy infrastructure, new residential complexes and related social facilities.
On the territory of the Great Stone Industrial Park, which is located in the Smolevichi district, on August 8, 2019, on the eve of the Builder's Day, the Inspection of the Department of Construction Control and Supervision in the Minsk Region conducted a technical training on the topic: “Thermal performance of buildings. Testing of building envelopes for breathability (differential pressure method) together with thermal imaging inspection (thermal imaging control method). Checking the tightness of buildings, premises, "clean" premises. "
Participation in technical training was attended by the management and employees of the Inspection of the Department of control and supervision of construction in the Minsk region, representatives of CJSC “Company for the development of the industrial park”, RUE GP “Institute of Housing - NIPTIS im. Ataeva S. S. ”, LLC“ Energy Agency ”, contracting organizations involved in the implementation of projects in the park, and other organizations.
Upon arrival at the territory of the Great Stone Industrial Park, the event participants visited a demonstration hall with a park layout where the history of the creation and priority directions of the park’s development was told by the chief architect of CJSC “Industrial Park Development Company” Ivlichev Viktor Pavlovich.
Head of the Research Testing Center “Industry-specific Laboratory of Innovative and Energy-Efficient Technologies in Construction” of RUE GP “Institute of Housing - NIPTIS named after Ataeva S.S. Terekhov Sergey Vasilievich spoke about energy-efficient construction in the Republic of Belarus, the negative and positive experience of implementing energy-efficient construction on the example of implemented projects in the Republic of Belarus and abroad, on the development and implementation of legislative and regulatory acts. The participants were told about the development of a geothermal heat pump system for the hot water supply of the building using the example of the construction of an object: “Construction of a residential building in the R21 (B-06-04) quarter of the priority development of the China-Belarus Great Stone Industrial Park, which is a demonstration facility New Energy Technologies LOTOSLAND Corporation (China).
The managing director of the Energy Agency LLC, Aleksey Vyacheslavovich Tarnagursky, conducted technical training on the topic: “Thermotechnical characteristics of buildings. Testing of building envelopes for breathability (differential pressure method) together with thermal imaging inspection (thermal imaging control method). Checking the tightness of buildings, premises, "clean" premises. " After listening to the theoretical course by the employees of the Energy Agency LLC, using the example of a residential building in the quarter R21 (B-06-04), the process of testing building envelopes using the differential pressure method was demonstrated in practice.
After the training, a staff meeting was held in the administrative center, where the head of the inspection, Lopatik Ivan Vyacheslavovich, addressed the audience.
In his speech, he summarized the results of the inspection for the 1st half of 2019, spoke about the goals and objectives for the 2nd half of 2019. The reports of the heads of structural divisions of the inspection were heard.
For many years of conscientious work in the bodies of state construction supervision, for a significant contribution in the field of supervision of the operational reliability and safety of construction sites, for exemplary performance of official duties and in connection with a professional holiday - Builder's Day, inspection officers were awarded Certificates of Appreciation and Gratitude of the State Committee for Standardization Republic of Belarus, Department of control and supervision of construction and Inspections of the Department of control and supervision of and construction in the Minsk region.
Seminar participants visited the facilities under construction and commissioned in the launch zone of the priority development area of the Sino-Belarusian Industrial Park, namely: “A construction camp for hosting contractors involved in the construction of the park’s facilities”; “Construction of a factory for the production of internal combustion engines”; "Creation of production of optomechanical components, electronic components and laser equipment based on them."
At the end of the event, the representatives of CJSC “Company for the Development of the Industrial Park” provided the participants with a visual overview presentation of other park facilities.
