Resolution of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus dated January 21, 2019 No. 3 approved the Instruction on the procedure for the implementation of technical (technological, verification) measures by the State Construction Supervision Authorities. The instruction entered into force on February 14, 2019.

The instruction defines the procedure for the state construction supervision bodies to carry out technical (technological, verification) measures to inspect construction projects for their compliance with operational reliability and safety requirements and compliance with the established construction procedure.
