For two weeks, from October 15 to October 26, 2018, 30 inspectors of the Department of Construction Control and Supervision (Gosstrojnadzor) and its regional inspections took advanced training courses at the educational institution “Belarusian State Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel in Standardization, Metrology and quality management ”(BGIPK) under the educational program“ State control and supervision of construction ”. It included such disciplines as state regulation in the field of control and supervision of construction, requirements for quality management systems, confirmation of compliance of building materials and products, quality control of construction and installation works. Certification ended on October 26, 2018 with computer testing and an oral interview, which was carried out by the Gosstroynadzor commission with the participation of the representative of Gosstandart. Certification of state construction inspectors is provided for by the Regulation on State Construction Supervision Authorities of the Republic of Belarus, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 1999 No. 1860, for newly hired employees after completing an internship and every 5 years thereafter. This allows you to ensure and maintain a high level of professionalism in the implementation of state construction supervision.
